I mistakenly left a comment on a campaign, that was very specific to that person's situation, and it was the wrong campaign! OMG!! I was embarrassed and worried that the comment would remain a part of that campaign forever but I was able to easily email spotfund about the situation. Someone got back to me within 24 hrs and was able to remove it! I am so thankful. The person from spotfund was so kind and saw the need for urgency and acted almost immediately to resolve my issue. I highly recommend this platform. Some of the best customer service I've received from an organization or company in a very long time!
