The interface is simple and straightforward, queries are answered almost immediately, and the platform is really there for you, the person trying to campaign for support. The spot fund was extremely easy to setup and use. It was equally easier to link a bank account and withdraw funds. At a time my family was navigating a very difficult time, we needed a platform that was simple. I had started the campaign through another platform, and the other one was such a pain to deal with I stopped using it immediately and switched to spot fund. In the amount of time it took just to receive an answer from the other platforms customer service - we were able to raise thousands of dollars and cash them out on behalf of my family during a difficult tragedy. I'd highly recommend spotfund over other platforms for their ease of use and timeliness.

I was wary of online fundraising tools but am so glad that I chose to use SpotFund for my first solo fundraising endeavor! The site is easy to use, makes commenting and sharing email integrated for a seamless experience, and their email newsletter hints for fundraising were useful! I would use spotfund again in the future!!
