Fundraiser for friends medical needs

We liked using spotfund for our fundraiser. It was easy and we had great support for the few hiccups we had, great support from Maria. We would use spotfund again and highly recommend them as a trusted site. Thanks to spotfund and especially Maria for her quick and informative support from setting up the account, answering questions quickly and helping with prompt payment. THANK YOU!!!

Something is missing ....

After complete clarification I have changed my review to 5 stars ! I received my answer swiftly band am pleased with the explanation and the timely answer. And like I told Maria,Whew! That was close 🤭🥰🤩 The concept is admiral however my site states the money raised was $3725.00 and when I requested a payout the email I received after stated that my donations were $3375.00,a difference of $ 350.00. What I would like to know is this....Where is the rest of the money. My money. After taking the 2.9 % plus the other fee of . 30? Per donation I received $3270.52.Please show me what I'm missing here. Thanks, Cathy M Tribble

Amazing service everything was smooth…

Amazing service everything was smooth and how they said it would be. Payouts could be easier but they use a separate service for the CC transactions so the payout comes after those small CC fees. It was all reasonable. I am so happy I found this service. We did a memorial fund for our friend.

Looking for somewhere to host your fundraiser?

I would recommend *spotfund ! My experience over the past few months with *spotfund has been good. Donations are deposited in a timely manner, the Senior Vice President, Maria, was awesome in assisting me with what was needed in my situation where I needed one page disabled, and then now, months after that incident, she helped me delete my personal account and reset my phone verification on a new shared account with my fiance, everything moved quickly and effectively! Thank you again Maria!

Real People Answer Your Questions

Spotfund is good platform if you want to be able to ensure your fundraiser runs smoothly, and that you can reach a support agent if there are any challenges with your account or payouts. I recommend it over trending, commercialized fundraising platforms that have technical hiccups and stressors. You can feel safe knowing that you are being treated as a real person or as a real organizer by the platform.

Spotfund review

It was incredibly easy to withdraw funds and very straightforward. It's amazingly helpful that this website does not take a huge chunk of your donations.

Spotfund is great!

After I set up my spotfund, my situation changed and I no longer needed the money. I sent a message asking about refunds. Someone got back to me immediately and stated they could help with that and refund each person. My matter was taken care of quickly and staff was very considerate.

Maria helped so fast!

My fund profile "completed" yet I still needed to receive some donations so I emailed in and Maria Tillerson got back to me so fast and reopened the page. I was very appreciative.
