Within 15 minutes, Maria Tillerson corrected my error. It was so refreshing to communicate with a real person who was responsive and genuinely helpful.

I loved the format

I loved the format, and how quickly the funds would disperse. I do think that it is good that the donors do not pay the fees because I was gifting the funds to someone else. If you are raising the money for yourself, it would be nice to have an option for the donor to handle the fee.
