Great customer service

I had made a mistake on the name that was to appear on the website next to my donation amount and when I reached out to customer support I received immediate assistance from Maria Tillerson. Thank you so much for correcting the name on the donation page so swiftly. The process of using your website and customer service options were very professional and pleasant!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars — Spotfund Is Truly Changing Lives! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Spotfund! As the founder of Kali’s Odyssey For Humanity, I have had the privilege of helping families facing unimaginable hardships, particularly those enduring the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Spotfund has been an incredible part of making that mission possible. What I love most about Spotfund is that it gives everyday people the opportunity to create extraordinary change. Behind every fundraiser is a real person, a real family, and a story that deserves to be heard. Spotfund helps turn compassion into meaningful action. The platform is user-friendly, the fundraising experience has been wonderful, and I genuinely appreciate the opportunity it gives advocates like myself to reach people who want to make a difference. For me, this is so much more than fundraising. It’s about restoring hope, building a community of compassion, and reminding people that humanity still exists even in the darkest circumstances. Spotfund isn’t just a platform I use. It’s a platform I believe in. Thank you, Spotfund, for helping me turn my passion for humanity into real-world impact. You have my heartfelt appreciation and five stars! 💚🌍 Love First, Always. — Founder, Kali’s Odyssey For Humanity
