Due to the pandemic our owner is selling his home that we have been living in for 3 years always paid our rent on time and took care of the property...after we paid our rent on the 5th we were handed a 60 day notice and now we have untill july 1st...my husband and I have struggled allot this past year for his job was seasonal and i was out of work due to illness... and in our small town finding a place to rent for our large family is almost impossible... so we thought we should try and buy... we qualify for a loan but need help with a down payment...this is a super hard decision for us to make to even ask for help... but with everything that has happened we are doing this for our kids...they deserve a forever home
