Help Rescue My Niece From Abuse

I had a best friend that lived with me and my family and she had a baby. From the moment she was born she was everything to my family so was her mother. Her mom was having a very hard time she couldn’t even really get out of bed so me and my family stepped up to help raise her. When I started becoming a mother figure to my niece her mom started to resent me and completely isolate me from my nieces life. Eventually I couldn’t do it anymore and put a pause on the friendship. From that point she decided to move out. She moved in with her old foster mom and was doing okay on her own. But then she got a boyfriend and forgot all about her daughter and left a stable environment to live with her boyfriend. We had to hire a pi because when we called cps they decided to do nothing and told us we had to figure out another way to help my niece. My niece and her mom are currently homeless because of the choices she made choosing a man over her own daughter. She has her daughter around violent men, drugs/drug dealers, and is letting people driver her daughter around illegally. So please for my nieces sake please donate so we can bring her home.
