This little girl is only 4 months old. I’ve been caring for her and her siblings while trying to find them loving homes. A few days ago, I came home from work to a nightmare — Arctic was caught in her bedding, hanging by her tiny leg. She wasn’t moving, and I truly thought I had lost her. When I reached her, I saw that the bedding had wrapped around her foot several times. She must have struggled to free herself, which only made it worse.
I rushed her to the vet in tears. The good news is that she can live, but her knee is broken and will need surgery to pin it back in place. The estimate for her procedure is far more than I can handle on my own, but I refuse to give up on her.
Some people have told me to “just put her down,” but I can’t do that. She’s such a sweet soul — gentle, trusting, and always giving tiny kisses. She doesn’t deserve to suffer or be thrown away just because she got hurt. She deserves a chance to live a happy, normal life.
If you can help me save Arctic — even a small donation or a share — it would mean the world to both of us. Thank you for reading and for caring about this little life. ❤️
