I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out in hopes of gaining your support.
I am organizing this fundraiser to help my father with legal costs. In April 2025, my family woke up to police agents outside our home looking for Panchito, my father. We were confused, scared and fearful because these officers did not have a warrant. To best protect Panchito, we retained a lawyer. Panchito will have a court hearing in July 2025 and we are kindly asking for your support.
Panchito is a naturalized citizen, a father, a brother and a son. He means the world to me! It is why I created this fund to help with his legal expenses. His total legal costs are $8,500. My mom and I were able to pay $2,500 to our lawyer (who specializes in criminal and immigration law). Your contributions will go directly to legal expenses.
