I am reaching out to my community, friends, and the kindness of strangers because I am in an urgent situation and need to protect my two beautiful children.
Right now, my kids and I are stuck in a living situation with their father that is no longer safe or sustainable. He is facing immediate return to jail due to probation violations, and the environment here is taking a heavy toll on our family. My primary focus is my children, including my son, who has autism and requires a stable, calm, and supportive environment to thrive.
I am determined to give my children the life, safety, and resources they deserve. We are planning an emergency relocation to New York, where we can access better support systems, specialized care, and a fresh start.
Because this situation has escalated so quickly, we have no savings to cover the sudden costs of escaping. We are starting completely from scratch.
