Help Domino Heal: Urgent Vet Care Needed

Hello, this is my cat Domino. I’m trying to save up enough money to afford a good vet that will help him. He had an ear infection that may have led to neurological issues, which has now caused him to lose balance and not eat properly. Anything helps, if all you can do is share this then please do.
