Hi, well my story is like a lots of stories on here. I have been dealing with congestive heart failure for about 10 years and it has effected my mobility . I have to walk with a cane to get to where I'm going usually. We'll recently I had a bad fall that landed me in the hospital with a fractured T5 with further my issues I already had. So while I was staying at hotel hospital they also found blood in my stool which turned out to be an ulcer. So to make along story short I spent a few days in the hospital and couldn't go to work with put me behind on some of my bills even after I used up all my vacation and sick time. I'm a single father of a healthy 15 young man and need a little assistance in making it to the next day. Thank you and I love you all.
