On October 27 th my son was outside exercising like he always does around 11:00 pm. When he was approached by not 1 but 6 officers asking if he was ok he said yes he just got off a moving job and was coming back to where his car was parked after he ran a bit. The cops proceeded to arrest him for DUl even though he don't drink and was not driving they asked him to do a breathalyzer he blew 000 then they asked him for a urine or blood sample at which time he asked why he was bringing harassed he wasn't doing anything so they detained him and he asked for a lawyer was ignored said he'd do a urine test they told him no he will do blood. Held him down took his blood booked him in suspicion of DUI
which makes no sense. A sergeant called at midnight and said they found a car in a parking lot registered to my son and would we come get it. He waited 45 min. Something isn't right my son asked that his blood not be drawn because of these marks on his body they didn't listen. We need to retain a lawyer I got one I thought was good to find out he was disbarred for a yr. These cops harassed him because he's 6’6 230 running at night which last time I looked is not against the law. 6 cops from 3 departments to harass one person ridiculous. After this DUl gets dropped if we can get a lawyer we're going to get a police misconduct lawyer because my son was denied a phone call water and lawyer. There's a lot of good cops but ones that abuse there power it’s not right. Please if you can donate anything to help afford a new lawyer it would be appreciated thank you god bless
