Hello friends! I have created the this fund on behalf of my best friend Judy and her family.
On February 25th, 2022, Judy was emergently induced and baby Angel Christian Scharaga made his way into this world. Angel was born 3 weeks early with underdeveloped lungs, a blockage in his ureter and signs of damage to his kidney’s. In the first 3 weeks of his life he has undergone multiple surgeries (with more planned in the coming weeks) and is now on dialysis for kidney failure over 700 miles from home at Denver Children’s Hospital in the NICU.
Angel’s mom and dad, Judy and Noah, have been at his side since birth with no current estimate of how long he will be in critical condition and require intensive care treatment. During this time they are unable to work and are far from home (and their two other children) with bills and living expenses mounting up. The financial burden on Judy and Noah becomes heavier with each passing day and they need help.
