We are urgently raising $10,000 to help Daniel, a devoted father, hardworking business owner, and beloved member of his community, who is currently being detained by ICE at Delaney Hall.
Daniel has lived in the United States for over 16 years, building a life centered on family, hard work, and service to others. He is the loving father of three children who depend on him emotionally and financially. His sudden detention has turned his family’s world upside down, leaving his children struggling and placing an enormous burden on those fighting for his release.
Daniel has no criminal history. He has spent years contributing positively to his community, working tirelessly to support his family, and building a life rooted in responsibility and care. He deserves the opportunity to return home and continue being there for the people who need him most.
The Mami Chelo Foundation is helping support Daniel and his family during this difficult time and is assisting in efforts to secure his release.
