This May, I have the opportunity to travel with a small ACU team to the Turkana Desert and Eldoret, Kenya, to learn from and serve alongside Christian Relief Fund (CRF). CRF has been transforming communities since 1971 through child sponsorship, disaster relief, education, spiritual development, and long-term community support. Their work is rooted in relationships, partnership, and the love of Christ.
Our team has committed to two months of preparation, a two-week trip, and post-trip debriefing. While in Kenya, my goals are to support CRF in whatever ways are helpful, learn from their staff and community members, explore how God is calling me to engage in missions and poverty alleviation, and encourage our brothers and sisters in Christ.
I’m asking for your prayers for CRF, the communities we’ll visit, and our ACU team. If you feel led, I would also be grateful for financial support toward the trip cost of $4,300, which covers travel, lodging, supplies, and most meals. I am personally contributing as well because I believe deeply in this learning and service opportunity.
Thank you for considering partnering with me. Your support—through prayer or giving—means more than you know.
