Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out to ask for support for my sister, Ali. Yesterday, she suffered a serious fall and fractured a vertebrae. She is in a lot of pain and beginning the road to recovery.
Ali is a dedicated daycare worker who spends her days caring for little ones, but right now she isn’t able to safely do her job—especially lifting babies—while she heals. Doctors expect she could be out of work for anywhere from several days to a couple of weeks, depending on how her recovery goes.
She is also a loving mom to three kids who depend on her every day, which makes this situation even more stressful and overwhelming.
This injury has brought unexpected financial strain with medical expenses, missed work, and everyday needs for her and her children. We’re hoping to ease that burden so she can focus on healing and being there for her kids.
