My name is Brandon Hernandez. I'm 19 years old and this year has been absolutely cruel. I've lost everything. My car was destroyed in a car accident that I was a passenger in. The damage on it is too expensive to repair, but I'm already in so much debt that I've been struggling to pay off.
Since the beginning of 2022 I've been hospitalized for my mental health, I've lost my family dog, and been struggling to keep myself afloat financially. I work two jobs and run a small online business, but it's still not enough. I'm just stuck and there's nothing I can really do anymore.
One of my two main sources of income is gone in an instant. I was working DoorDash to get by, but now I can't make any money to survive. My family will help me as much as they can, but we are all struggling.
I just need enough money for a down payment on a new car so I can work off the rest of my debt and pay off what I have left of my totalled car. I just need to get back on my feet and work myself out of this hole life put me into.
