I have an upcoming show and need some support!
Creating the warm colors, varied textures, and visceral topographies in my work requires the experimentation and use of specialty materials. Recent production and supply chain issues in the industry have resulted in higher prices for even the most basic components I use to in my work. In addition to the cost, some of the materials I utilize pose serious health hazards during the fabrication and curing phases. The challenges of acquiring material and mitigating risks to my health has become a costly endeavor. Following the very generous $1,000 grant from the BAF Solo Exhibition Grant, I am still faced with a financial shortfall to overcome these obstacles. Any assistance in creating my vision is greatly appreciated!
