TJ and I have felt called to do ministry work for quite a while. However, since meeting we have made it a point to find a mission trip that speaks to our hearts and matters that are important to us. When we heard about our church going to "Rock The Block" in Philadelphia, we knew it was something we wanted to do. Unfortunately, the weekend didn't line up (TJ will be doing a membership class and joining our church that weekend!) However, with the need so great for the homeless in the area, we felt in our hearts that we should take two of our 4 day honeymoon to do God's work, since he is to thank for everything.
