Help Baby Eden Beat ATRT Brain Cancer – Support Judith Fehrman, and Their Family
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out today to share the story of my best friend Judith, her husband Fehrman, and their beautiful 6-month-old baby, Eden. Just a few weeks ago, their world was turned upside down when they learned Eden was diagnosed with ATRT (Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor), a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer that affects young children.
Eden has already been through so much. He recently underwent brain surgery to remove the tumor, and thankfully, the surgery was successful. But this is only the beginning of a long and difficult road. In the months ahead, Eden will need intensive chemotherapy and possibly radiation to ensure the cancer doesn’t come back.
If you’ve had the chance to know Judith and fehrman, you already know how incredible they are. They’re two of the kindest, most selfless, and generous people you could meet. They’re the first to lend a helping hand and show up when someone is in need. Now, they’re the ones who need our help.
The costs of Eden’s treatments, combined with the need to take time off work to care for him, will create a massive financial burden. Between medical bills, follow-up care, and the day-to-day costs of travel and living, the expenses are staggering. They shouldn’t have to worry about bills or expenses when their sole focus is on supporting Eden and his twin sister, Gigi, through this incredibly difficult time.
