My Granny and Papa’s house wasn’t just a house to me. It was home. It’s where I grew up, where our family gathered, and where some of the most precious memories of my life were made.
During my grandfather’s medical journey, my grandparents refinanced their home to help pay for his care. After my grandmother passed away, our family had to sell it.
I never imagined I might have the opportunity to make that house part of our family again.
But now I have a dream: I want to buy it back and raise my little family in the same home that helped raise me. ❤️
I want to see my children running through those rooms. I want new family memories made where so many old ones live. I want to take something that felt like such a painful goodbye and turn it into a beautiful new beginning.
