Dear all,
Our colleagues from Avolta Jamaica are facing unimaginable challenges in the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa, a Category 5 storm that struck the western side of the island on October 28.
Thankfully, most of our team members and their families are safe. However, over half of the island remains without access to basic necessities - water, electricity, and shelter. Many homes have been destroyed, leaving countless families uncertain about how to start over.
In addition to the assistance being provided by Avolta and our partners, we are initiating a cross-funding campaign as an opportunity for us all to support our colleagues.
The funds will be used entirely to send essential supplies and rebuild the homes of our team members. To maximize the impact of this assistance, Avolta will match the amount raised.
This initiative is our opportunity to put our Avolta values - Brave, Collaborative, Passionate, and Inclusive - into action.
