This year, our publication staff has the oppurtuniy to attend the National Journalism Convention that is going to be held in Phildelphia. At the convention, we will have the chance to learn from journalism professionals, showcase our talents and to represent our school. In order to attend, our small group of four needs a little help from community, friends and family through fundraising.
Within our time on the publication staff, we have attended many different competitions and camps, but never something as big as this. As seniors, this is our last chance to attend the convention due to cancellations in the previous years, so this is very imporant to us.
