Hello everyone!
My name is Jane, and I am a student at Prince William Sound College, which is located in Valdez, Alaska. I am currently enrolled in the college’s Outdoor Leadership program- a two year Associates of Applied Science degree, that requires us to complete a capstone for graduation.
This year is mountaineering based, and for our capstone, we have been given the opportunity to climb Denali- an expedition that most mountaineers and alpinists only dream of. Although our class fee is only a fifth of what an individual would pay for a guided expedition- it is still a tall order for a broke college student…
