Help Me Escape To Safety

I’m 15 years old trying to leave home . Brother has been sneaking my undergarments and hiding them in his suitcase , more has happened over the years when I was younger with touching . I’ve told my mom but she doesn’t do anything , she says she will get him help and put him in a hospital for his problem but she doesn’t . Instead she come him and give him a hug and big kiss and doesn’t do nothing . She didn’t call the police and when I said I was going to she said no m because he will be deported and she said she would put him in a hospital but didn’t . I’m trying to raise enough to leave and never look back
