March 9, 2026, Zekio was diagnosed with a Glioma brain tumor which was removed, but is cancerous. It has been a whirlwind of emotions the last couple months. He has had 6 weeks of treatments and will continue to have medical treatments that are slightly unknown at this time. He has gone through multiple MRI’s, blood draws, brain scans, and nasty medicines. He has been such a fighter and has a good attitude through this all. If you know Zekio, you know his personality is super chill and always goes with the flow. He is so loving to animals, babies, and especially sports. He still loves to play catch and ride his bike when he feels up to it. The fact he has the ability to is such a blessing. He loves the Dallas Cowboys.
