Our sweet Grace Mae (“Gracie”) Puckett is just 15 months old and has shown more courage in her short life than most of us will ever know.
Since birth, Gracie has battled a rare genetic disorder called WDR-19. This condition affects kidney development and function, leaving her body unable to filter waste properly. Her kidney failure has impacted multiple organs in her body and because of this, Gracie has spent much of her young life in and out of the hospital, receiving life-saving treatments and constant care. There are only approximately 50 cases of WDR-19 in the U.S.
Over the past year, Gracie has been hospitalized multiple times and receiving life saving dialysis. Most recently, she was admitted with a septic infection that quickly became life-threatening. During this time, she also suffered a stroke. While we are incredibly grateful that her CT scans showed minimal damage, Gracie continues to fight through a fever she just cannot shake and remains in critical condition under the care of her medical team. It is apparent that failure of other organs is causing her fever and a multitude of issues.
Through every setback, Gracie has shown extraordinary resilience, and her parents, Jenna and Scott Puckett, have been by her side every step of the way. Unfortunately, with long hospital stays and round-the-clock care, the financial burden continues to grow.
We are raising funds to help support:
- Mounting medical bills from repeated hospitalizations and treatments
- Meals and daily expenses while Jenna and Scott remain at the hospital
- Lost income from missed work days, so they can focus fully on being with Gracie during this critical time
Every donation, no matter the size, brings relief to Jenna and Scott and helps ensure they can continue giving Gracie the love and care she needs without the added weight of financial stress.
She has truly graced so many lives with her story of strength, and the outpouring of love from around the world has meant everything to the Pucketts. If you are able, please consider donating and sharing this page to help us support Gracie in her fight.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your love, generosity, and prayers for our sweet Gracie Mae.
With love,
Mikaela (Jenna’s sister)

On Thursday, August 21st, after a tremendously hard and long fought battle, Gracie Mae Puckett peacefully took her final breaths out in the sunshine in her mamas arms while her daddy sang her lullabies in her ear. She deserved the world, and gave us more joy in 1.5 years than most could ever imagine, but now she is wrapped in the loving arms of Jesus, meeting her Heavenly Father face to face. There is no more pain or suffering in heaven. We are absolutely shattered to pieces. You can finally rest and fly high our sweet sweet girl.
