I'm in need of help with lawyer fees. My grandson was abused between December 22nd and 25th, my grandson was with me starting December 28th when I made the report, my Xwife also made a report on the 26th. My daughter was supposed to do CPS services in my home. She has pulled my grandson out of my home 3 times, due to her not wanting to follow rules and responsibilities that she has as a mother, along with being caught in multiple lies. Due to CPS not taking her rights she has now pulled my grandson out of my home and signed over custody to her X-foster partners who only had her for a short time while I was getting custody of her from her mother.. my daughter has done this only because she can't manipulate me, and I won't let her run the streets and drink and do drugs.. she is 18 and my grandson will be 3. I know she is young but she chose to be a mother the day he was born, but unfortunately she is on the wrong path and I can't allow my grandson to be on that road with her until she gets off the path of self destruction.. my grandson needs to be with family. The family that loves him and cares for him.. to many children fall through the cracks of the system, and as a man, father and grandfather I can not allow this to happen... please HELP.!! Lawyer was hired and well all worked out in a good way o guess.. Grandson ended up in the custody of people who do have his best interest in heart, he is in a safe place wish it would have been with me.. unfortunately the Lord had other plans..!!
