This man is a Combat Interpreter who worked with some of our United States Marines. This man means the world to them. After weeks and months of this Interpreter working with them - they would send him home to be with his family for a while, only for him to faithfully return to them time and time again. Our Marines trusted him completely and they so badly want to see him free. This Interpreter has been in hiding for well over a year - he's a high-profile Interpreter and if the Taliban find him, they will kill him. Because of him, countless United States Marines' lives were saved. They think of him as family and we are working hard to get him out of Afghanistan. Right now he is in need of food and rent for the safe house he is in. I wish I could go into more detail on who he is and why he is so important, but for his safety and those he served unfortunately I can't.
