Help Me Repair My Car To Keep My Job

I honestly need help paying my repair bill on my 2013 Tahoe. I took it into the shop last week because it jerked me off the road. The auto shop told me it would cost $750 to repair upper ball joints then called me back two days later explaining to me that the parts in my truck from previous owner were for a Silverado and that everything would need to be replaced. I don’t have the money right now to pay the $3000 bill but I can’t drive it in the state Its in due to safety hazards. I’ve got about $400 towards it and I will put my next paycheck into it as well. IJust need the extra money by Friday to pay the auto shop (DCB TIRE AND WHEELS) in order for my truck to be repaired and so I could make it back and forth to work. I’d be willing to repair anybody who is willing to help. I just can’t come up with that kind of money that quick while trying to pay all of my bills and feed three children and a wife. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
