I am asking for help for my friend Cristy whom I’ve been friends with since high school. Friday night was her worst nightmare. Cristy, their daughter and long time boyfriend of 12 years Dan had been battling covid. While Cristy and their daughter were getting better Dan was getting worse. Dan made a doctors appointment for this week and laid on the couch to rest not realizing how bad his condition truly was. An hour or so later Cristy found him unconscious and not breathing on the couch. She called 911 and performer CPR until EMS arrived. Upon arrival EMS took over care of Dan and also attended to Cristy’s needs as finding the love of her life and best friend not breathing had cause a severe panic attack. Cristy was taken by ambulance to the hospital. The rest of the night is much a blur for Cristy and their daughter as Dan lost his battle with covid and gained his wings. Cristy is going to need help with medical expenses, funeral expenses and living expenses as her and their daughter process Friday nights events, grieve and try to find their new normal in the up coming months.
