The unexpected happened this week and our dear cousin Josephine went home to be with the Lord. She had been sick with the flu since Thanksgiving and Dec 6th she passed in her home. Josephine loved her family very much especially her grandson Jovani whom she was raising. Grandma Lorraine and Grandpa Rick (as Jovani calls them) have agreed to take custody of Jovani. We are raising funds to help with the funeral costs, moving expenses to move Josephine's belonging from Gardner to Pueblo and to help Lorraine and Rick as they open their home and their hearts to this special little boy.
We appreciate all who have reached out and offered condolences and prayers for our family. Thank you very much to those who have already given money and/or have offered to help us. We covet your prayers during this difficult time.
Josephine was a very special lady. She centered herself around faith and family. If you knew Jo, she cared for you and she loved you. She will be missed dearly.
