I never imagined I would be in a position where I had to ask for help, but right now I truly need support & community.
My name is Sheena, and I am the owner of Glow Up Body Treatments. I have proudly been serving my clients for over 5 years, providing post-operative care, body sculpting, and wellness services with dedication and passion. I built my business from the ground up, creating a safe space for my clients to heal and feel confident.
Over the past few months, I’ve been dealing with ongoing harassment in my living environment from neighbors while operating my home-based business, and the situation has escalated to the point where I no longer feel safe. This has taken a toll on me mentally, emotionally, and financially.
Three years ago, I experienced a devastating personal loss when I found my mother deceased. Since then, I’ve worked hard to stay strong, rebuild , and continue growing my business. Unfortunately, this current situation has reopened a lot of that trauma and i don’t feel safe here.
My grief and past pain have been used to antagonize me during these conflicts, which has been deeply distressing and mentally draining. It has made an already overwhelming situation even harder to cope with.
Due to repeated disruptions and safety concerns, my income has been directly affected, and I am now being forced to relocate suddenly to protect my peace, stability, and ability to continue servicing my clients in a safe environment.
At this time, I also need to take a mental break while I figure everything out and safely relocate. This has been overwhelming, and I am doing my best to stay strong while navigating this transition but i’m realizing i need a break and can’t do everything at once.
I created this fundraiser to help cover:
• Emergency relocation and housing costs
• Moving and storage expenses
• Legal fees and guidance
• Transporting business equipment
• Supplies needed to continue working
My goal is simply to relocate to a safe, peaceful space where I can continue operating Glow Up Body Treatments, healing, and providing for myself and my clients without fear.
I am looking forward to returning to my clients in a healthier, stronger, way cause my clients deserve the best version of me .This is not the end of my journey — it’s a reset so I can come back better, focused, and grounded.
