Daisy Cooper, my best friend of over 30 years, has just been diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma, a cancer of the uterus, that has spread. After getting the runaround with her marketplace insurance, she was finally able to have her hysterectomy. Drs found that it had spread outside of her uterus and she would need to undergo aggressive chemo and soon! Once again, her insurance company goes above and beyond, and says she was a self cancel after her surgery before her chemo and not budging a bit!! So now she has to pay out of pocket to receive the life saving treatment needed, which she was already over 6 weeks due for. She's a fighter, absolutely no doubt, but she needs an army to rally behind her. She needs as much burden lifted so she can concentrate on getting better and caring for Jenn Jenn, her daughter with CP. Daisy is the most deserving, genuine Angel in A Human Body❤️ She's not only fighting for herself, or for Jenn Jenn, Shannon, Joe Thomas and his new bride, Megan, her brothers and sisters,nieces and nephews that she absolutely adores , now she's fighting for the grandmothers, mothers, daughters, aunts, sisters, brothers, family and friends who will be denied lifesaving coverage just like she is!
