My son Nick is seeking support from family and friends as he protects his son from a sexual predator.
Nick learned that his ex-wife who lives not far from him, has gone on a 10 day vacation and left their son William who is 13 years old with her new husband.
Nick learned of this when he was notified of a car accident that William was involved in with his mother's new husband. Nick was unaware that she was traveling.
Nick contacted his lawyer as his ex-wife should make him aware and give him the opportunity to have William stay with him.
In speaking with the lawyer Nick learned shocking truth of the history of the new husband. He was convicted and served 10 years for forcible rape on a minor & 2 arrests as a peeping tom.
William has been removed from his mother's and is safe !
Nick has previously endured 7 years of accusations from his ex-wife to the tune of $30,000. Her accusations have been an attempt to harass Nick over senseless issues that could have been resolved through talking or mediation.
Thru all of this Nick has maintained a steady job as a professional and his diligence has enabled him to provide a good home for William.
All of this is going to cost thousands and we are asking for help to support the court costs.
