I'm a over the road truck driver and was diagnosed type 2 diabetes on February 23. I have been on FMLA since then when no income. I have used up my savings pay for hospital and doctor fees. Perceptions are so expensive. I'm having to pay $110.08 a week just to keep insurance though my company. Now I'm out of money and badly in need of money to keep up with bills and to eat. If anyone can please help
