My dear friend, Alvin, 69, is in his golden years. He purchased this house after he moved back to his home state of Louisiana. The house was perfect, so he thought. He had to put so much money and time into removing rotten trees, filling in holes in his yard and dealing with rain water runoff from a contractor 's error completed on his neighbor 's yard. He has already suffered one stroke a few years ago.
He knew coming back to Louisiana would be challenging, but he didn't think it would cause a big hole in his retirement funds and health. I would like to help Alvin with some of these repairs and to hire a general contractor to assist him with some of these repairs. No amount is too small.
