I’m reaching out as a mother asking for help for my son. He’s a dad of three little boys — a 4-year-old with autism and 3-month-old twins. His power has been cut off, and he’s struggling to get it turned back on.The bills have gotten away from him, and right now he’s in a bind. With such young children, especially one with special needs, having electricity is so important for their safety and comfort. The bill is over $500. Raising extra money to get other things done
