Kayla N Charles Tryin To Save Our House

My name is Kayla Mcmillon n my Husbands name is Charles Mcmillon. We both lived with my father for several years while i took care of him bc he was sick. unfourtanetly he passed away April 24, 2025 a year ago friday.. Me n my husband n our german shepard n puppy isabella still reside in the hone. after my father passed my estranged sister become over my fathers estate due to the fact of him not having a will. however he tried to get one but my mom hus ex wife intentionally cause him not to get one so here we are. as of april 9, 2026 i got served with  a summons n petiton of real property.. I am 100% oxygen dependant I also have severe artieral pulmonary hypertension n right congrstive heart failure. I personally have lived here my whole life n when i got married we both live here since this probate nightmare we have endured alot from unnessary harrasment to losing my fathers car after trying to save it going without lights for months sometimes without food but  we remained strong n grateful we have no where else to go this is all we know as home we have no friends n we have no family the only family we had is no gone. n we are doing our best to try to save the house n property bc thats what dads final wishes were exp if he was able to have gotten at will but unfourtantly he was deprived of that. We are asking if someone or anyone could help anything matters and we are grateful . We are in a situation were we really dont know what to do besides ask for help . This house is our home n we have put so much money into that we doubt well ever get back. more then anything we want to be able to save this house n property thanks for listening god bless you respectfully kayla n charles mcmillon.
