Im On Verge Of HomelessNess With My Puppy

Im a our to be homeless again I spent the whole winter in PA in the negative degree temperature I have a puppy who is the world to me. And I need at least food for him somehow.. i hate asking for help but mt life has been a living hell this whole past winter I almost froze to death a couple times litterally and my our dog.. its not right iw ork odd jobs like yard work and shoveling snow but haven't had any work for about 2 months now and that's just ood jobs I've applied so many places in no one will hire me I'm assuming because I'm homelees. Please anything would help I feel like I'm in constant life or death battle. Thanks
