My name is Dakota. I am a 5 year old female guinea pig who very recently found out I have ovarian cancer. My mom got me when I was just a month old. I grew up with my sister, Nugget, until June of this year. We were sick and unfortunately, Nugget couldn’t get help fast enough. That is when the vet told my mom I had a small cyst. Of course this made her worry but the vet said “give it 6 months, we will see if it grew and go from there.” Well now we’re here. My mom has already spent most of her savings to get me diagnosed and now unfortunately doesn’t have the money to get me the surgery I need. She doesn’t want me to live in pain anymore but she knows I don’t deserve to die. We need as much help as we can get. I may be old but I have a lot of fight left in me
