Hi, my name is Val, I have worked with some amazing friends for awhile. My friends have different ranges of disabilities. Some of them are unable to walk, or talk or other things. I along with a few other friends am fortunate to spend time with them on a daily routine. ( Some people would call that a job) They are very special people.
There are times that they don't get to do exciting things. That is what has brought me here, to see you. My friends are all on social security, which means they cant really afford anything to much. being on a fixed income.
The company that we work for is a non profit company with a small budget. I/we are asking for help so in October they can have some fun and throw them a Halloween/Fall Carnival giving them an experience they will remember and a smile. We would like to do this on October 13th so out time is going fast and without help we will have to cancel this event that they are looking forward to.
My other friends and I are doing what we can do this for them on our own, but unfortunately that will not be enough and we most likely wont make our deadline let alone the even as I said before. Any amount you can help us with is greatly appreciated more then you know. Any will absolutely mean the world to our friends. Thank you in advance!!
