We are organizing this GoFundMe on behalf of our dear colleague, whose sweet son De’Mier Lamar Kinds tragically passed away from an asthma attack, yesterday November 13th, 2025 — just one day before his 6th birthday.
Today, 11/14, De’Mier would have turned 6 years old. What should have been a day of celebration is now a day filled with unimaginable heartbreak.
De’Mier was truly one of the best kids you could ever meet — full of energy, joy, and personality. He lit up every room he entered, always smiling, always moving, always spreading love without even trying. He was his mom’s only child, her entire world, and the bond they shared was something incredibly special.
No parent is ever prepared for this kind of loss — emotionally or financially. We are asking our colleagues, friends, and community to come together to help this grieving mother give her baby the beautiful homegoing he deserves.
Funds will go toward funeral expenses and memorial arrangements.
