My name is Madelyn Rowan, and I am proudly serving as Miss Berks County 2024. As a titleholder, I have used every single day to promote the brand of Miss America, Health Lifestyles through The American Heart Association, and advocate for my Community Service Initiative: The Loosen the Leash Project.
