I beg for every mom and dad to please help save my daughter from the evils of the tyrannical government and court system that inflicts and subjects a magnitude of families daily to this unimaginable torture.

My 6-year-old daughter and I had an unbreakable loving bond until Child and Family Services (CFS) stepped in December 1, 2020. Completely dismantling our family unit. Unbeknownst, until the medical kidnapping of my youngest daughter; AHS, CFS and Alberta Children’s Hospital (ACH) Medical Facilities Director; put forward false allegations that I had a mental health condition known as Factitious Illness Imposed by Other (FII-O).
My daughter was stolen of me. Since that dreaded day, I have tirelessly spent every second desperately fighting at every level of court in Canada; to no avail. We are being subjected to the highest levels of judicial exploitation, distortion, corruption, organized crime, thwarted judges etc. some 4.6 years and counting. For the most part, a self- represent litigant as no lawyer wants to touch my matter for fear or reprisal; stating my case is a firm killer.
I have spent an endless amount of money; investing everything I had and then some to save her. Borrowing money wherever I can to keep fighting as the tyrannical government is abusing their power in unjustified ways.
Threatened my employer to fire me, barring me from employment to secure the financial means to save my daughter. I am in financial ruins. Emotionally, mentally and physically drained- exhausted. I am empty but will never give up. My love for my daughter is stronger than anything these evil b$%6ds throw at us.
CFS in conjunction with judiciary have abused their power and authority in unjustified ways to circumvent the return of my daughter. Framing me to steal my daughter. Now denying us due process, procedural fairness, impartiality, legal representation etc. of their grave government overreach- criminal activity.
The only Order granted for the return of my daughter was to complete a Parenting Psychological Capacity Assessment (PCA). Complying, my PCA clears me of all mental health concerns and disorders. My Registered Forensic Psychologist put her career on the line to save my daughter; directing CFS I should have my daughter in my care. I do not drink, do drugs, smoke or even drink coffee. Despite having no vices CFS- courts did not return my daughter to my care.
February 9, 2024, despite only the directors’ witnesses taking the stand; none of my witnesses- evidence was presented, nor allowed. And I was denied the right to an adjournment of trial continuation; due to an illness and finally securing legal council; a nefarious, deceitful, Permanent Guardianship Order was granted of no just cause. I have been unjustly denied in person access to my daughter since September 21, 2022, zooms stopped May 10, 2023 (last time any access to her).
I will never give up on my little girl; or fighting for her return. I have now sought Asylum in America. The medical kidnapping of my daughter exposes a great deal of nefarious acts of all government- courts. One every parent needs to be aware of; you are not safe; you could be a victim at any time just like us.
