Hello everyone, it is your Miss Lake Tillery’s Teen 2026, Adrianna Sexton here. I am incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to attend the Miss North Carolina’s Teen 2027 state competition this year.
Part of attending is raising $300 for the American Heart Association Go Red for Women in partnership with Miss America's Scholarship Foundation. This fundraising is a required component of the competition.
Being heart healthy for me comes in many ways: eating clean, keeping my body moving through dance classes, and making sure my overall mental and physical health is a priority.
Always know that no donation is too small. Thank you for supporting the American Heart Association and me in this important cause—together, we can make a real difference. staying healthy.

Miss America and Miss America's Teen National Scholarships are awarded by a separate non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the Miss America's Scholarship Foundation Inc. This collaboration provides funds for national awards, and in addition, both Miss America's/Miss America's Teen State Scholarships and the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women movement. The American Heart Association's Go Red for Women is Miss America's Scholarship Foundation's national health thought leader. All above mentioned entities are 501(c)(3) organizations and all donations to this campaign are fully tax-deductible per IRS regulations.
