AFH providers — this is the moment where appreciation must become action.
We cannot continue to benefit from the tireless work, advocacy, and relentless dedication of these women and then remain silent when support is needed.
These ladies have poured their hearts into promoting our industry, protecting our homes, supporting providers, and making sure Adult Family Homes have a voice.
They have shown up for us.
Now it is time for us to show up for them.
If your home has ever benefited from their work — through support, referrals, education, advocacy, networking, or simply knowing someone is fighting for our industry — then we are asking you to step forward and financially support them.
Because the truth is this:
An industry cannot survive on gratitude alone.
It survives because the people who benefit from it are willing to invest in the very hands that hold it up.
We all say we want stronger support, stronger advocacy, and stronger representation.
This is what that looks like.
Not words.
Not applause.
Not silence.
Action.
If we truly value the women who continue to fight for Adult Family Homes, then now is the time to prove it.

Because one day, when our industry needs a voice again — and it will — let it never be said that we stood back and let the very people carrying us stand alone.
