Help A Future Teacher Save Her Home

Although I may be smiling in this picture, don't let it fool you. Although I am happy there is some turmoil. I am a 62 year old college student, yes I said college student. I am almost done with my studies but I need a little help. I took on a job which I love without realizing the consequences of a reduced salary. I'm a Special Education Assistant and I enjoy what I do, however I make less than $27,000 yearly. I am currently in a program to become a teacher and at the end of December I will complete my program and receive my certification, but I still need a little help. I am at risk of losing my home of 23 years because my salary can no longer cover my mortgage and cost of living. The reason I am staying in my low paying job is because the school district is paying for the program to help me become a teacher, and we all know we need more teachers. My goal is to be able to finish my program, stay in my home and hold on to my position without losing everything I've worked so hard for. So If you could help me keep my head above water until I can acquire my teaching certification it would be most appreciated.
