Dear Friends & Family,
I have offered to create this page with an effort to help Grandma Mary "Lightweaver" Licata raise money for major dental work that has already started.
For the last year Mary has endured much pain and discomfort due to breakdown of her teeth, which has affected her overall health.
Her next and final appointment is scheduled on November 6th at which time all extractions and new teeth will be completed.
Mid way through this process she was informed that almost triple amount of the money already paid had been added to the bill. The office will not complete the work without payment arrangements on November 6th. (Meaning all this is due at that date).
Major communication exists between the dental office and insurance company.
Dear fiends and family, if you have it in your heart please help however big or small. Every little bit is greatly appreciated...to give Grandma Mary beck her beautiful smile.
